The pavement and the rails have been just refurbished. Very close the Batthyányi Square with the market hall and restaurants, caffees, also with the castle fortress which is a tourist attraction.
Public transport is comfortable. Trams stop (17., 19., 41.), Batthyány square - metro station (M2 - red line), bus stops (105, 109, 111, 11., 116., 16., 216., 39) also the HÉV (train H5) stop.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a well-maintained, clean building where there is elevator. It is 70 s qm, refurbished and built with quality materials. There is a livingroom, a bedroom, a bathroom (bath + seperate shower) and a kitchen. There is a sleeping gallery above the kitchen. From the apartmant there is a wonderful view to the Elizabeth - bridge, Pest side and the river of Danube. At the entrance there is a 7 s qm hall-way which is exclusive to use.
